Things are getting complicated in Argentina. For that reason, I think tourists shoud be very careful about where they stay if they are planning a trip to Buenos Aires. Last year I stayed in an apartment in buenos aires which was in a really safe neighborhood. That is my opinion, so you have to be well-informed.
